R.E.D Skincare is a business in the beauty industry that markets and sells skin care products.

Your access to the information contained in the R.E.D Skincare website is subject to these Terms of use and the Privacy Policy. By accessing and using the R.E.D Skincare website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Any unauthorized, improper and/or illegal use of the R.E.D Skincare website or any contents available therein, will result in the exercise of any and all remedies available by law.

Purchase Related Policies:
The products available on the R.E.D Skincare website are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us unless you have an approved Wholesale or Affiliate Agreement on record with R.E.D Skincare. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms of Use.
Delivery policy:
Subject to availability of product and receipt and confirmation of payment, orders will be processed within 3 days and delivery confirmed by way of invoice number and notification of expected delivery date. All deliveries are made by insured post. Postage cost per transaction is determined by quantity and distance (within South Africa and internationally). Delivery should take place within 21 days for registered post orders.
Return and Refunds policy:
The provision of goods by R.E.D Skincare is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, R.E.D Skincare will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee, and return of goods already delivered will be at the cost of the purchaser. (Damaged goods will not be replaced once signed for - DO NOT sign for goods which arrive damaged, notify us immediately and replacements will be dispatched). R.E.D Skincare accepts no responsibility for damaged goods which have been accepted and signed for by any person. R.E.D Skincare will not refund or replace any product which is damaged, opened or used under any circumstance by the purchaser.

R.E.D Skincare describes its products and indications clearly however information provided on the website is meant for informational purposes only and is not meant to act as a substitute for advice provided by a healthcare professional.
